I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary appliances. The location was perfect, just up the hill from 'Old Town,' ideal for exploring Funchal. The staff were always friendly and helpful, though there was a minor issue with tone on one occasion. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the breakfast served by the lovely lady. The facilities were well-maintained, with a beautiful garden and a convenient bus stop outside.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms in the old part of the hotel were spacious, with a large terrace offering a stunning view of Funchal and its bay. The wooden shutters allowed me to adjust the temperature and light easily. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and having a small, well-equipped kitchen was a great convenience. Plus, the wifi connection was excellent.

I was absolutely blown away by the magnificent view from the large terrace overlooking the city of Funchal and its bay. The rooms were clean, modern, and the bed was just to my liking. However, the service was a bit inconsistent with different suggestions and a slightly humiliating reminder.
